A roof partially collapsed Monday morning amid heavy flooding in Ocean Township, N.J. Despite severe flash flooding having submerged roads in the surrounding area, emergency crews were able to rush to the scene at BJ's Wholesale Club. Local officials confirmed that all twenty-seven employees inside the building were safely evacuated and accounted for.
